KRYON RECORDS COMPANY® and its sub-brands are legally registered trademarks. **Any unauthorized digital scraping, distribution, textbook plagiarism, master track cloning, or commercial use of our assets without an official certificate will result in immediate legal enforcement and international platform copyright strikes.**
2. MUSIC CATALOG, DIGITAL PUBLICATIONS (KR EDITIONS) & COMMERICAL LICENSING
We operate as an official music publisher, global record label, and independent digital book publisher.
- Official Distribution Channels: Our music and books are distributed worldwide through authorized networks including Soundrop, TuneCore, RouteNote, and Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Our assets are legally available across major global platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon Music, and the Amazon Kindle Store.
- Multi-Tiered Media Licensing: Any use of our music catalog within monetized social media videos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), mobile applications, digital membership platforms, or corporate advertisements strictly requires the purchase of a specific Commercial Synchronization License. Usage without filling out our official clearance form and receiving our manual digital PDF authorization certificate is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
- Restrictions: **Sub-licensing, reselling, redistributing, translating without authorization, or uploading our digital audio files or "KR Editions" PDF books to public networks, databases, peer-to-peer networks, or torrent platforms is strictly prohibited.**
3. DELIVERY & PAYPAL PAYMENT POLICY FOR DIGITAL GOODS
All digital commerce, PDF book sales, and licensing transactions on this platform are processed securely via PayPal.
- **Delivery:** Upon successful payment, digital download links for music tracks or "KR Editions" PDF books will be prompted immediately or delivered via email. Receipt of the automated confirmation email constitutes successful legal delivery of the asset.
